My first three finished NaNo drafts weren’t really worth editing – it’s possible, I suppose, but I needed to just keep writing, keep “practicing” my drafting skills before I went down the editing road.

Now I think I have far better drafting skills, and I’m hoping that this year, I’ll come out of NaNo with an editable novel. 2010 is going to be all about editing for me…
